Tasting notes
The first one is a special marriage in cedar casks that’s used to be used for maturing Junmai Ginjo Japanese sake. Recommend to serve neat or with soda. Especially soda enhances refreshing flavors from Japanese cedar wood and Japanese Ginjo sake when it’s served with soda.

Woody, cedar, Ginjo sake
Flavor:
Energetic, distinguished. Obvious, remarkable refreshing cedar character. Less tannic.
Finish:
Short, clean, obviously woody, subtle citrusy aftertaste like grapefruit peel
