Product Information

This is the third single malt “Tamba” with a focus on Sherry cask finish. Key malt is aged in Oloroso Sherry casks. Blend with other two different kinds of malts those were aged in bourbon barrel and Mizunara casks and aged in Sherry casks afterward.

Tasting notes

This third one is completely different from previous two products. Because of maturing in sherry casks, it has flavors of ripe fruits, wafty astringency and peat that reminds of soil or fireplace.

Aroma:: Earth, moss, creme brûlée, tropical fruit, smoke with a hint of ginger
Flavor:: Grapefruit, ginger, custard, a hint of cinnamon and pepper, moderate bitter
Finish:: Lasting, great harmony of sherry and oloroso
