Used 100% Yamadanishiki rice, which was specially cultivated utilizing less amount of fertilizer and pesticides, polished down to 45%. It has a fruity, flowery aroma of ripe melon, peach and white flower, and complex flavor of honeydew, chestnut and slightly earthy notes with a hint of herb. Pleasant, opulent rice flavor in the end.
