Fermented with the highest grade rice, "Yamadanishiki",
which originates from a special region in Hyogo prefecture.
Sake is pressed utlizing "Fukuro-tsuri," the most traditional menthod.
Since it is the highest grade of sake,
it employs a gentle gravity flow system which is very time-consuming.
This is the best "Junmai Daiginjo" in Kizakura,
and it is released in limited supplies each year.
